Hi,

I am developing a minimalistic WebKit-based browser aimed at slower PCs or computers prone to get viruses (such as public use PCs, to avoid a PC getting a virus from a browser bug/exploit). It is aimed to use less than 150 to 200MB of RAM with 3 to 5 tabs open. Flash/Java support is optional and has no plugin support. If more info is needed, PM me.

What I was wondering is, if someone could offer me a decent, high-bandwidth (500GB or more) webhosting plan for it. The site would be hosted on the plan, while the .exe and source will be on Github/Sourceforge. I don't have a lot of money at the moment either, being 17 years old, so I was wondering if anyone could also give me like, a 30 day trial until I get some money in PayPal to pay for the next month (should happen on Friday). If not, that's fine, I can wait. 🙂

Thanks.

How much disk space would you use? As long as its not over 20GB. 🙂

I'd be glad to help you!

And as long as it abides by the TOS.

I can also offer you this services, just message me with your requirements.

If you need that much bandwidth you are likely to require a VPS (because of the amount of server resources that is likely to use). However, you probably won't need that much bandwidth for the next few months. Can I suggest https://www.holderhost.com (a host owned by Plato, a.k.a xpl0iter- owner of WebGurubb- and myself)? We can provide a 30 day trial for the plans on the website. We will also be adding cheap VPS and dedicated plans very soon which will make it easy for you to upgrade if/when needed. 🙂

Suzaku can you please tell us a little about your coding knowledge and experience? Some examples of projects you completed in the past would be great.

Suzaku, I would love to support your open source project, as you are just starting you are not in the need of the amount of bandwidth you are requesting at the moment I would be willing to set you up with a web hosting account free of charge, all I ask is a link back to my site and maybe a very small text ad from Google Adsense added to your website if you wouldn't mind (We can negotiate over the ad).
