Appearance and Color Scheming - (Out of 20)
When I entered your website, I was actually really expecting an orange and black skin because of your name “tiger”. However the colors you are using are fine now as they don’t clash and they suit the website well as you don’t have to squint your eyes to see the writing. My first impressions were good so far but when I dug a little further into your forum I found that you did not keep the same appearance or colors with the rest of your pages in your website. For example when I go into my shopping cart the page has turned blue with a boring banner at the top saying “Tiger hosting”, you should change the skin to the color of the homepage as it looks really unprofessional not having your website uniformed. The big black box at the end of your page is too big in my opinion and I think that there are a lot of links which are not needed and they link to the same page, but I will come onto this in another section of the review. The last thing I will say in this section is that maybe you should have some kind of a logo on your homepage.

Page Layout and Content Organization - (Out of 20)
Your page layout is very good I can see all the links and it also looks really neat and tidy which a website what is promoting a business should be like. You do not have much content so I can’t say that much about it however you have some links that do not direct you to a new page but you just stay on the homepage, for example customer testimonials, if you have none don’t produce a link then. You also have two links for coupons. But I will talk about this in another section.

Quality of Content - (Out of 20)
I can’t really discuss your website in this section as you have very little content because of the nature of your website. However when I was looking around I did notice a few mistakes with your prices I noticed that you have two different price plans for the same product on your support page the prices for hosting are different to the homepage, for example the homepage says that the unlimited hosting plan is $4.99 while on the support page it says $10.99, and it does not give you the option for the $10.99 price in the shopping cart page as well, this gives me the impression that your forum was rushed quite a bit as then I noticed another mistake on the support page you have repeated the same sentence twice
Our ticket support system and our email support system's answer time is the same. We check our tickets and emails every hour and you will definitely get an answer within 24 hours

Navigation and Graphics - (Out of 20)
On your homepage I noticed that in the center of the page you have four tabs, these tabs lead to the same page, and I really didn’t like this as you could have just fitted it into one tab and left the link and you could learn more on the next page where it was leading to. Then you have a big black box at the end of your page with lots of links, I think you should just have a link for clients resource instead having all the different sections as it would look better having the black box smaller. I think there a lot of useless links to other websites, one or two would be okay but you have too many in my opinion. Company info goes to the contact page , maybe you should make an about page outlining your goals and who you are so that you look more trustworthy.

Spelling/Grammar - (Out of 20)
“If your answer doesn't get resolved on time, you will be transfered to a Linux System Tech Admin. If that still doesn't work, you will be given a phone number to call for free 1 on 1 chat.” This is on the support page you have spelt transferred wrong. Your spelling and grammar is otherwise fine .
