There is nothing wrong with Siteground, they oversell just as every other host does. I have been with them a few times and have had no problem.
- They monitor what you are doing on your account closely to ensure no others are affected, unlike most other hosts.
- They have superb support, not as good as UK2 but close.
- They are cheap for what you get.
- They put the customer first, I was in the middle of purchasing a package and they rang me up to make sure I wasn't stuck or anything, which is nice to have.

I wouldn't use one personally as it won't be able to get everything and it will cause problems either immediately or at some point down the road with little problems and errors and info missing here and there. Basically as you said it goes onto your forum and scans it and tries to get as much info as possible then makes it into a db file for you to upload.

What sort of missing things? Also, does anyone know WHAT a crawler CAN get?

Although, they did say that they will hopefully have the feature in time. Dunno if they were just trying to placate me though.

A crawler takes all the posts, Users, Topics. The users will have to reset their passwords after the move but you should lose to much data although, there may be problems later on.

You need to make a note of the topics which are stickied so you can input the info to the crawler.

They also said that to me about the possible future option, but i don't think it will be anytime soon.
