It's that time again when we really amp up the training of our support staff to make sure we stay in tip-top shape for our clients! We would like for anyone to submit a support ticket that is not billing related (as they do not answer billing, only I do. 🙂) to test our support.

I'd like for you to ask about our services. You can ask technical ones, but the techs will just tell you that they can't locate a site under your ticket name and ask you to submit your URL that is under our servers.

So you may ask "Well, what do YOU get out of us submitting phony but real tickets?"
We use these support tickets to train our support staff on the responses that should be used on certain questions, and makes sure that our staff is replying correctly and efficiently to our visitors/clients. The less responses it takes to solve the question, the better. Our #1 goal is server stability, followed directly behind by client satisfaction with support staff.

After you have submitted a ticket, reply here with your ticket number and I will verify the ticket and then send you over 100FP for your short time. 😉

We are also going to soon be investing in hiring a full time live chat support group.
We are looking for additional tickets to help assist in the training I am putting my team through.
These tickets help by giving legitimate questions to our staff that they can answer and I can correct them on anything I feel that needs to be changed.

Our support team is available 24/7/365 via support tickets. In the near future, we would like to expand to live chat representatives 24/7.
