I have been reworking my priorities over the last year and have not visited here nor have I worked on my site since August. I don't want to work on it anymore.

I own hostwish.net and also hostwishhosting.com and I need them to go to a good home. I have a teacher that is hosting on there for free (out of the goodness of my heart) so he needs to be hosted until May/June regardless of what I do.

I am trying to sell this for $300. It comes with hosting for the next 5 months (free) and both domains, the clients, WHMCS, and support from me for a transfer after the hosting is completed (or before, up to you).

These are the stats of the hosting.

The $300 is the lowest I will go. This is to recoup costs on the custom theme that was made for it. The theme isn't completed yet but I can complete it for you if you absolutely want it ready to go before you take it over.

Design is live right now. Like I said not finished. Footer is still messed up and some pages for paid hosting and shared hosting and free hosting are missing.

• Very well advertised. I am not paying for advertising at the moment but we get good advertising through FB Page & Twitter Account.

Just because I don't care if it makes money doesn't mean that the new owner can't care... Not sure how that answer isn't going to get it sold.

Active clients: 40~. I have a teacher who I am hosting and he is teaching coding to his students. Plus, I have 1 paying client ($2/month) and the rest are free.

So, it is currently in the red. Not making any money. That can easily change if the next person advertises it. It has a lot of potential.

You want $300 for a hosting business that's earning almost nothing and has quarterly expenditure of $115.00 approx? buddy, I don't think you understand how business are sold. People would normally want their money back in 'x' months when they make a purchase. If someone buys your site, how long will it take him to get his $300 back? Ages.. !!

From sellers point of view, one would pay you 3x - 9x or a bit more of your monthly income. Since your monthly income is $2, your business would be worth $6 - $18 max. No one is interested in free hosting clients, since Servers are not free and no one would want to support them.
