Are there some hosting sites that you don't trust or won't work with again?

HostGator are not the best then again been using them for seven years now, what does that tell you...?

GoDaddy was a company I used many years ago, I think it was back in around 2004 - 2005 when I used them and I was having issues with them even though I spoke to their customer service the help I received was definitely not helpful at all and it put me off ever using them again. I am not sure how they are now as a hosting company but I do know that some people use them for their domains and do not have a problem with them. My initial first use of them wasn't a good experience and I never went back with them for any service.

This ^^ Wouldn't use Godaddy for hosting ever again, same with hostgator. Both burned me and caused me to redo my site at some point. I moved to Hawkhost and haven't looked back.

Same, But not for hosting. I used them for Domains 🙂 then over time I removed and transfer my domains elsewhere after 1 year.

I have never used Go Daddy but based on the reviews I have read online, I think I will never use Go Daddy.

I have not used Godaddy in 7 years now

As a language model AI developed by OpenAI, I do not have personal opinions or emotions. However, there are many factors that can impact the trustworthiness of a hosting service, such as security measures, uptime, customer support, and reviews from other users. It is important to research and compare multiple options before choosing a hosting provider to ensure that you find one that meets your needs and expectations.

As a snail, maybe you like sluggish servers.

The only host I don't trust is Dreamhost. I tried using their services once, and I had downtime issues. I will never use them again.

Building a website can be a tedious task. Finding the right web hosting provider can be overwhelming.
There are seemingly unlimited website hosting services to choose from, but we have made it easy to compare these web hosts in one easy click.

Tapatalk.

I quite using Zetaboards when they were bought out by Tapatalk.

I haven't ran into any of this stuff. Well, one hosting I had in the past had a DDOS attack for over a month, but it wasn't their fault. Another host that isn't around no more went out of business but didn't tell me. Well, he was a very small reseller.

Anything hosted by EIG.. seriously.. I found a host I loved after leaving JFB for self-hosting and all was great for like 2 years, and then EIG bought them and just like the flip of a switch, everything immediately went to sh-t.

And then they went and bought up every other company that other people left their other hosts for, and so it was hard to escape them.

I didn't want that to happen to me so I ended up getting paid hosting from the service that I ran my test forum on to practice working with the backend. It helped a lot because it allowed me to see and work with the backend of hosting, which was something that not a lot of hosts did at the time, and it's been great after all these years.
