What type of scalability potential is there? For example, if you start with a shared server plan, are you able to expand your space later or even switch to a dedicated server environment? Or does the provider you are considering specialize in one environment?

I know that Dreamhost offers the possibility to start with a shared server account which you can then easily upgrade to a VPS or even a dedicated server.

According to your requirements, I think you should go with the cloud hosting providers that are more reliable than the typical web hosting providers. You can host multiple websites on a single server and you will be paying only for the server. Google, Amazon, and DigitalOcean have a good name in the industry. But, you might find it difficult to manage the server by you.

There are a number of tools that will help you to manage the server like ServerPilot, RunCloud etc. But, if you still want a highly managed server, then you can think of WP Engine or Cloudways.
