Technical Support: Great. Eventhough it takes little time it gets solved.
Customer Support: Good, but needs some improvement. Very slow in response (offline)
Pros: Cheap, decent uptime, nice hosting plans
Cons: Poor customer support (offline), no official mail of server maintenance.
Final Comments: Suitable for running a medium size forum or normal blog
How long have you been with this host? 2 years
Would you recommend them? Maybe..

* Ticket response sometime takes 2-3 days...if i keep pestering them in chat support it is taken care in 1 day.

* Hosting is based in US and the company is based in India.

Ouch that's rough. 😛 I guess it's how often you need support though if everything else is running smoothly...
