Sell a forum with 12 members ? I highly doubt you'll be able to sell that for anything. People can make their own forum, with a real domain.

Your "for sale ad" doesn't give any specific information either...

I'm sure you could give the forum away to someone who wants to try and continue to make it grow. You're not going to sell it though. Someone would be better off with their own reseller account, not one that you already have and is past due.
