Hot or Cold showers?

Why would anyone want to take a cold shower?

I prefer hot, lol... If I want cold, I just go on the beach, lol 😀

It sometimes varies. If I'm hot I'll go for cold, and if I'm cold I'll go for hot. But I enjoy hot ones the most.

I take hot showers all the time. I just can't handle the cold. I did read they were healthier for you though as well. If I recall, it has to do with essentially jump-starting the immune system from the jolt of cold water.

Generally speaking, I will take a warm to a luke warm shower. The only time I take hot showers, is when I want to just be lazy, and take in the heat. 🙂

I take hot showers. When I say hot, I mean almost scalding. By the time I'm finished, I look like a lobster. I hate cold showers, and hot showers relax my muscles.

A cold shower is more useful, because during the process there is no chlorine vapor. Definitely cold!

I have it nice and hot 🙂 apart from hot summers day and having to wash my hair and having it hot on your hair/head is not good

I take a cold shower in the morning and a hot one in the evening. I am fine by both as long as they are at the right timings.

Warm showers, especially in the winter. A good cool shower in the summer is always welcome however.

The only time I'll have a cold shower is if I'm way too hot, and even then I'll usually switch back to warm after cooling down, as it becomes too cold.

i didnt know using Hot water was a thing, But i guess it depends where you live, on my island outside it always HOT and sunny so everyone uses Cold water

The shower needs to be as hot as i can take it other wise its not good..
