Hot or Cold showers?

Myself a hot shower is great but on those very hot days a nice cold / freezing shower helps refresh and gets you cooler. depending on how warm or cold it is for me determines how hot i have my showers 🙂

The only time I touch cold water is a glass of cold water on a hot day or at the beach. I would literally freeze and probably pass out if I had a cold shower. For real..

Since we are in a tropical country so our culture and tradition is to bathe with tap water. Especially during summer when we take a shower 3 time or more in a day, it is the cold water from the tap. For the hot water, we only use it for bathing when we are sick. I remember a cousin from the US who came for a vacation. She would ask the housemaid to heat water for her bath. It was summer and everyone was sweating but she preferred hot water for bathing because cold water would "kill" her. Welll, she's just used to the hot shower in their home so she couldn't adjust to the cold water from the tap.

I usually go to bath with cold water, however when I'm sick I bath with hot water 🙂

I love Hot Showers. I see no benefit of cold showers.
