Since yesterday, I have been experiencing the CHKDSK of my desktop. In the first time it showed, I let it run to resolve issues in case there is. After the stage 1 of checking the disk, it went to stage 2 which showed a message, something that is about deleting a duplicate file ID. I hastily shut down the computer because the message was continuous and I was afraid that it was deleting my files. When I did a reboot, I cancelled the chkdsk and it proceeded to normal start up of Windows. However, I have noticed that it takes too long for the start up although the operation looks normal. Any opinion?
