How are my rules?

Advertising: Advertising is not allowed on My Teen Chat. It's not allowed in PM's, shoutbox, or your posts. It is allowed in your signature in moderation.
You may not have an advertisement in your signature that is bigger than 500 pixels by300 pixels.

Signatures: The first violation, the violation in the signature will be taken out. The second one, your entire signature. On the third violation and above, your signature rights will be removed.
Private Messages: If you break any of these rules in the PM system, aside form the spamming rule, your PM rights will be removed.
The first time it will be 2 hours. The next it will be one day. The third and final time will be permanent.
Posts & Topics: On your first offense, your post or topic will be removed. On the second offense you will be temporarely banned for 2 days. On the third offense, you will be banned permanently.

*Note: All these things stated above apply for the Shoutbox also.

I was wondering, what do you think of my rules, should i add more?

You should add something about bumping, ie. 24 hour bump rule, or like here on FP, a 48 hour bump rule.
 
I think your rules are pretty vague, I don't really think that they tell me as the user what I can't and can do, it's more just describing what they are. I think you need to re-write them in a my clear way.
 
All of them are pretty obvious and don't give much explanation of what you should do.
This is your version of spamming:
Spamming: Spamming is posting extremely short messages like "lol". Or what spam bots do; they post porn advertise, etc.
And this is FP's version:
Spam is pointless and not allowed. Make sure your posts are at least a few sentences long.

As you can see people know what spam is, hence its not being explained in FP's rules. Also, FP shows what you should do, ie. few sentences long, whereas yours doesn't give users any advice.
 
Hmmm, ok. So don't explain what it is, just say what not to do?
 
No, not what not to do, what to do. Rules shouldn't be negative, they should guide users on how to keep in line at a forum. So, like FP, it says posts must be at least a few sentences long.
