1. I have no tolerance for this, after I look into it just to see all sides involved and make sure it is not made up or somehow "fake" (i.e if someone was trying to make someone else look bad or impersonate them), a permanent I.P ban is given.
The content in question would of course be removed, and they will receive their first and last warning in PM before having their content put under moderator review.
Depends. Normally, a instant moderator queue would be issued. Then, a topic would be in the staff forum debating a temporary ban or how many warning points should be issue. It was partly depend on the user's background. If they've had problems in the past, they'd likely have a permanent ban.

Probably the same as above. I do feel strongly towards pictures. I would immediately moderator queue them, as well as take away their posting of picture permissions.
I think it needs to be on a case by case basis. Different levels and repeat offenses would most definitely result in a permanent ban.

In the very most simple cases, the post would be hidden with a friendly reminder. In most cases, the post would be hidden with addition to the moderator queue. In the very most extreme cases, a permanent ban would be in order.

1. Laughing at the racist idiot at first glance, and then banning them indefinitely.
You can't fix stupid, and stupidity is contagious so, the best thing to do is vaccinate my place to prevent further infections.
2. Since I'm on paid hosting, then if it is legal, and I mean US legal, then it has a place, but repeated posting outside of that area will result in a ban.
Although, if someone sends me a d*ck pic, then I will send them an audio clip of me laughing at it, and then permanently ban them as well.
