Make yourself up an good banner then post make to do banner exchanges. you add your banner on there website and in return they do the same. So then you get there traffic and they get your traffic

If you are selling a product, you could try sites like Clickbank that help you find the right kind of affiliates for your business. There are several of these kind of sites online. I'm not even sure if that's the best one. You could use google to find others.

There are 2 ways to promote your products : 1. Free 2. Paid Campaigns (Adwords, FB, Bing etc)
For free promotions you need to have your own website or blog. If you don't have then try to create a splash or 1 page website. If you're active on social media like Instagram or Twitter then you could try promoting products to interested people. There are many successful marketers who sell their products on YouTube. You could also try that one too.
