On Google's support page, they say you can claim a custom Google+ URL by clicking a link under the current URL from the About tab. I have not noticed this link on my Google+ profile. So I'm guessing it's triggered when you have more people in your circles. Or, maybe it's done on a case by case basis. Has anyone here been able to claim a custom Google+ URL yet?
