How Did You Get Your Forum To Grow?

With a lot of forums now a days, it's hard to get yours noticed without promoting it on social media, other forums or even telling others.

So how did you get yours to grow?

With all methods out there now! To be honest it doesn't work. Some will get it going others will try and fail. There is no new ways of promoting and the old ways are just not working.

Hmmm... Yeah. I guess as the internet grows, people learn more about it and more annoying kids come on it, the old ways don't work.

My forum is small but growing I plan on hosting competitions soon and to made social media accounts to grow the forum

I am not going to give up I going to keep active post and share often as I can

I'm looking for other sites to promote my forum on. Just like this one.

I'm also constantly updating it. Next year will be a big year for updating the site. The first update for next year will be on the 5th January on my forum.

I cannot wait for it to start growing.

When I had forums I would use other forums to help me grow it.

I do not have a forum, I have blogs. I started with writing a lot of contents. Since I work full time online and I also have to work on freelancer projects to survive, I did not have much time to promote my websites. Therefore, in the first year despite publishing a lot of contents, my website did not gain any traction. IN the second year, I just forget my websites and continued with freelancer projects. In the third year, I started promoting aggressively and began to see some traffic and revenue.
