How do i add code ads.

On Forum Topsites they ask to add the code to your website.
My forum is hosted by freeforums (for reference)
I want to know how to add the code to the main page. Or do i have to activate iPortal and put the link there?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Because FreeForums don't offer Template Editing, you'd have to make a custom BBCode and then put that into a forum description viewable by guests.

To do this, get the code you were given by the topsite, then go: Admin Panel -> Posting Tab -> Add a new BBCode ->

In the BBCode usage box type:

[topsite][/topsite]

Then in the HTML Replacement box, paste the code you were given by the topsite. Make sure you leave the Display on posting Page box unchecked and then click Submit.

Then put [topsite][/topsite] into a forum description and it should work ~smile~
