So basically I'm a global moderator for a forum that we're trying to get off the ground. There are 2 other moderators that aren't really active on the forum so I can't ask them for help. And the admin is currently away from the Internet for a while (I was told this some time ago) and my only means of contact with him is via the Internet so it may take some time for him to get back to me. Except that I really cannot wait that long as I feel that I have to do something about this member's posts so thought that I would get some advice off you guys.
I'm helping to run a community forum for Wakefield, West Yorkshire so the idea is that if you post on there then it has to have something to do with Wakefield. This member has posted about 4 times and yet when I checked out their Twitter it says that they are based in Suffolk, UK. The problem is whether or not this counts as spam and if it does then what (if anything) do I do about it? It seems that admin and I never discussed what to do if spam occurs so I'm at a total loss as to what I should do.

And can I just point out that admin and I already discussed double posting, which he doesn't have any objections about so I'm just going along with that.
