How do I fix this error message?

I have a taskbar item that until today ran fine.

When I click the item that's boxed in black:

I get the following error message:

I don't know what caused the problem. I hope that someone can help with a possible solution to fix this problem.

I think you got the images in the wrong order.

Yes, I was able to fix the problem but I forgot how I did it.

It seems to be a folder icon acting as an exe to a program. You would need to make it a real folder that goes to a directory. 😉
