You will have to ask your host to install a cash mod. You won't be able to install one yourself as you are on a free host and you don't have access to the forum files.

As they are a free forum host, they don't allow users to edit the forum files. All the forums they host run the exact same set of files so changes made to the files will change every forum. Only the host has the power to edit the files for obvious reasons -😉-
