How do I Install Quick Reply - phpbb3

I'm clueless on this one. Members are yelling about it, they want quick reply, and I have to do something about it.

Help please.

I'm using template style Emuza2.

Is this on free hosting or did you install/upload phpbb3 via FTP?

That mod really isn't the best quick reply to install if someone is new to installing mods.

It is alot simpler to install then the one above.
