How do I not get scammed? VB4 forum

I wish to purchase a VB4 forum-classic license for a decent price but obviously don't want to get scammed doing it. How can I ensure this? What exactly is the process for transferring a license? How can I guarantee that the license is valid, can be transferred, is not about to expire, etc.

Any help at all would be great. Also, I am looking to buy from a credible seller, from someone who has had many dealings in the past that I can refer to somewhere (on this forum or elsewhere).

They sell vBulletin license, but they only have the Suite in stock. It is still cheaper tho.

Thanks for the link. Looks pretty reputable. I emailed the site admin and asked him to email me when he got a forum-classic license and fairly promptly he replied he would (thats a good sign).

Yep. That's where I went to find a license. Its taking a while though both myself and the guy selling have been waiting for Jelsoft to process the request. I haven't sent any money yet.
