how do I set up attachnments in phpbb 3.0.3

Whenever I try to put an attachement in a post it shows up as a broken
image... It woas working, I don't know how to fix this problem.. It looks
like a broken image...

I try to set the attachement path to /files/ or /images/, all that shows
is a blank image... What do I do to fix the problem?!

Hmm... I'm not the best with Phpbb still in learning mode but maybe you could re upload the files.

NOT the installation ones just everything besides that. And it would override the problem.

I'm sure Murder he wrote will answer with an easier answer because hes amazing with phpbb. I'm more of a vbulletin and IPB Board kind of guy.
