Right now i have Shole's Hosting,but i want a new host.. anyone tell me if i can do this? or am i stuck at sholes?
How do i switch my cPanel to a new host?

Control panels for shared accounts are something that the host provides themselves as part of their shared plan. You can't just up and "take it with you" if you switch to a new host, because the license belongs to the hosts themselves. It is not "yours", you are simply being permitted to use it in order to better manage your website.
So no. You can take your files and your databases to a new host, but if you want a cPanel, it will have to be part of your new host's hosting plan.

Why do you want to take your cPanel? Your new host will have it, and you probably won't be able to tell any difference. As far as I recall, everything should be set up once you transfer your files and change your domain's nameservers.
