How do I work phpBB exacty?

I have downloaded the latest version of phpBB and Filezilla, but what next? Could someone please tell me how do I go about creating a forum this way? I tried to search up tutorials, but I don't quite understand them good, I'm pretty much retarded when it comes to coding, php and things of that nature(I'm good with html though, thankfully).

Okay thank you, I finally got to a point where I now understand what to do next, the problem was because I had downloaded the wrong type of Filezilla.
