how do u make a link

you know the boxes you get where it says link at the bottom of the forum well how do u make them like heres forum promotions one

I don't really understand what you mean -~-

It you mean make a linked button like the one you posted just follow these instructions. Make the image for the button and make it 88x31 and host it somewhere then

ummm well look on my page its a bit big

You didn't resize it before you uploaded it.

Download the attachment (right click then save picture as) and upload that and change the image link to the new one and it will be normal size.
