How do you determine your ad prices?

For those of you who run your own ads on your forums or websites, how do you determine the prices based on the location of the ads?

I usually just ask the advertiser how much they want to pay, or if they don't have an offer. I just ask if they are willing to pay 60 dollars per year for a text link or small banner ad.

Location, traffic, and duration of the ad.

Demand. If there is demand, you should increase the price accordingly. But to get demand, you need traffic, age, reputation/web presence and ad location.

> Traffic
> Activity
> Potential Growth of the Site
> Position of Link
