How do you find your staff?

At the moment, I find my staff members by seeing if anyone is interested in being staff on promotional forums and I also open up applications on my forum.

I'm almost always friends with them. I prefer to recruit people who I actually know and trust.

Forums are the best place to get staff for a forum or website.

I have found all but two of my staff members here on FP.

I normally use external promotion for a project concept that isn't live yet - advertising for jobs on places like Forum Promotion and niche specific websites. Once the forum is active I will hire from the user base.
