How do YOU get more followers on Twitter?

So just wondering, what is your way of getting more followers on twitter without having to follow back? What kind of tweets would make you want to follow someone? I'm just curious to know. Personallu, I tweet random facts sometimes, or what`s trending etc..What are your tricks?!
