Fried chicken is delicious, with the crispy skin, seasoned perfectly to have that magnificent blend of salty and spicy.
Chicken and gravy is also quite tasty.
Chicken Tikka Masala is another treasure, with the piquant sauce giving the chicken a pungent taste, which is pleasantly distilled by the jasmine rice.
Chicken skewers are spectacular; bites of crispy, mouthwatering chicken coated in a flavorful dressing, garnished perfectly with cilantro and lime.
We eat a lot of chicken. I never fry it but I have an air fryer that is similar in texture and is juicy and we eat that every other week. I also like making chicken parmesan, chicken fajitas, grilled chicken and chicken stir fry.
I like to brine my chicken first in a water/sugar/salt mix overnight. Then I smoke it. My favorite is smoked wings but I do this with chicken breasts as well.
