If the person who is cooking knows how to do a good medium rare, I would go after the medium rare. 🙂

I like mine well done..only because my dad cooks the steak while it's still mooing. He literally never cooks it all the way and there's still blood coming out so I make sure mine is BROWN before I even touch it.

I don't like steak. It's overpriced, and is normally a very oddly cooked meat. With that being said: When I do get it, I get it well done. The only place I want pink is in the very center.

I don't want it to still 'moo' at me when I cut into the steak but I also don't want it to be ready for the urn by the time I get it either.

There's no other way to eat it other than medium rare. So delicious. The more blood, the better. 🙂

Medium for me. Anything more tastes burnt, and anything less has too much blood in it for me to feel comfortable with eating it. lol

Mine must be medium-well. That's a little bit of pink, not too done, and not too bleeding.
