We know that our websites' performance would affect the traffic that comes through it because Google or other search engines may rate it low or the users might get annoyed and leave the website before it finishes loading.
So how do you make your website load faster? Can you share techniques to improve its loading speed?
I use website's like "gtmetrix" It gives you the results that you need to improve on, however keep in mind that it's not always right on the dot with the information that it gives you.
Make the pages smaller and don't go crazy with images.
Unfortunately however, the thing that's most likely to bog things down is the thing that's hardest to offset... ads.
Ads can turn a light page into a 10MB giant with three hundred requests being fired off. I guess, hope they're async? To be frank, there really isn't a way to run a light page any-more, if you're looking to monetise, although you can do what you can.
