Hi I just wanted to know is there a way of opening a Company? none hosting just like a store something of that sort?

Brick and mortar? What kind of company? If you don't have the funds to start a company from scratch on your own, the first thing you need is a business plan. Then get all of your paperwork done.

Right I mean any company like a fast food place or a general store something like walmart.

If it’s a franchise, you’ll need to pay to open up your own shop. Otherwise, you can open a business at home if you fill out the paperwork and know the right people.

For protection, you might want to look into LLC, DBAs, INCs and other biz related stuff. I'm sure at least one of those is needed to establish certain businesses. Myself, I have a website and all I have is a copyright (in progress) - but I think that's all that's needed.

Establishing a company is going to be a hard task. You'll first need a business plan, what your company is going to be(E.g. Store, Tech, Apps etc.), you'll then need to look into things like copyright, finance, LLC's and INC's. I do not have any experience with starting a business so I suggest looking into it and reading every single bit of detail. Good luck!

I'm going to skip all these answers, because most of them didn't really create a company. I did.

Every state has a capital. Every state has a secretary of state, so you'll have to go to their website and print out or fill out a form to formalize a company. In my state, California... I, my intention was to create a corporation. Now, the reason for this is related to something else; I'd want a lot of investors. This means that while they want to invest in my company, it's actually a business loan, more than anything else. My job is to make money at scale. However, to make a profit, it takes years of scratching, clawing, sweating, bleeding, screaming, yelling, punching walls - I'm spitballing here, but you get the idea.

Now, you have to decide for yourself what kind of company YOU want to make. You'll have to look at the pros and cons of these company structures. For example, if you're going to create a restaurant, you can either be a sole proprietor, or an LLC. This is the first decision you'll have make. The next thing you'll have to do is file the company. With an LLC or Corporation, you'll need a piece of paper called "Articles of Incorporation." Now, it's important to note: When you incorporate your company, you're effectively a Corporation. It's just a formulizing way to say "I want to create a corporation." You have to tell secretary of state that you abide by the laws hence forth.

You'll have to send it in, and wait. Once secretary of state approves it, you're in business. Now, the next part is getting everything legal. You'll have to file for a business license in your city. Before you do this, though... Decide where you'll have your headquarters.

Last thing you need to do is set up social media accounts, website, server, etc. After this is the rest: Create a team. Set up shop. And sell.
