I don't have any strategies. XD When I was in school, I'd just be lazy and wait till it was exam time and hope I did well. Wasn't the best idea, but it worked. 😛
I annotate my course textbooks throughout the semester. When it come time to review for finals, my annotations are my main study tool. I usually highlight vocabulary terms, concepts, or anything I didn't grasp the first time I read through it. I also use notes I take in class though. I keep them all in a folder on my computer, organized by class, so they're easily accessible to print out and review with for finals. I'm a huge note taker. Nothing beats good notes!
I usually go over study guides or practice exams that the teacher provides, if any. If not, I guess I franticly flip through the book, I dunno. Not much of a strategy I guess. 😛
