I use Command+Shift+3 (The Mac shortcut) If I just need to save the current screen real quick. I use Gyazo if I need to share the screenshot easily, and Awesome Screenshot when I need to screenshot an entire web page.
Print screen button and Imgur. I am a bit old school though I am so used to it I don't use those programs such as Lightshot. Makes it easier, sure but I just like using the old way.
-Press print screen
-Open paint clicking all programs, clicking accessories and then click paint.
-I paint option on the home tab in the clipboard group, click paste.
I'm old school, I use the capture buttons on my keyboard and then paste it into Paint and then save it. The new software's probably make things easier but I am not a huge fan of downloading something I don't 100% need.
I use both Lightshot and the default screen grabber application on my Mac. I then upload to a photo hosting site. On my Windows machines I use Awesome Screenshot because I have the Chrome app and it integrates well into there. The markup tools are good too.
I use Lightshot. I was introduced to it by members here at FP. I wish I had this software earlier. I even use it at work now when creating memos and things of that nature. It's pretty cool.
Print screen button is easy and fast way to go about it. for gaming I use F12 on steam or an video software recorder. Most of the time I use snipping tool and with that I can use the text pen option
