When you create a new website, how do you test your website in different browsers and devices? Do you have every device and browser and just test it manually or do you use some tools that allows you to test everything at once?

I use an online tool. But most of the time I already know it will look good as I only go with responsive themes.

I use online tools as well, one was by Google (checks to see if your site meets their mobile optimization and SEO standards) and the the other was for all sorts of different devices. Works pretty well for giving you an idea of what everything looks like at least. Can't remember the names and/or links off hand as it was a while ago. I test my site and forum on the devices I have too.

I use the inspect option on your browser then you have an option to chnage the screen to an phone or what ever. there are allot of online sites also to test but pick the right one that doesn't take forever to load

I use BrowserStack. It's a bit pricy but it's fantastic for checking cross-platforms.

I test it on mobile, phone, tablet and then smart TV 😛

All I do is F12 and there is the option 🙂

It's actually a really hard call. Because not all websites that test responsiveness actually work right as I discovered while working on my latest site.

Going fully responsive is the way forward but if your site is a little complex going adaptive could be the route. Difference is responsive scales as you move the browser and adaptive is set sizes.

I test it manually, on all divices, great tip is get your site live using a free host like biz.nf - you want to be able to edit the code from host. And visit a computer store and test it on all the divices. That's what I do and have meet some great people.

I dont use any applications. I download the most used browsers and check things up myself.
