Hi all,

I upgraded to Win 10 in the early days, but after few days I decided back to win 7 because it got many error. So how about now? Any recommendation??? Tks all.

It is nice, looks like they are really trying to get back to the core of what made win xp/7 great.

I've had a little sneak peak at it, and it looks pretty good, but I don't like the addition of Cortana (the personal assistant). It should've stayed with the smartphones.

Having the start menu back is a plus. I didn't like the absence of it in Windows 8. 😛

I love it. Not much of an improvement from Windows 8 however.

Personally im not much of a fan. I use Windows 7 for my gaming PC and have a Debian(Linux) install on my laptop. And tbh i cant see myself changing anytime soon.

Haven't upgraded to Windows 10 yet, and don't have too much of an incentive to. I've been using Mac and Linux a lot, so Windows 7 still seems pretty fresh to me. 7 is truly a beautiful OS. I spend a pretty good amount of time at work trying to write software that fits in with the 7 aesthetic (as it's in-house stuff that we use on pretty much exclusively windows 7 machines), and the more time I spend digging into it, the more I really like the OS. Still like Mac more I think, but Windows 7 is a very solid OS in my opinion. Can't imagine how you can get much better than it. 😛 It's essentially the ultimate traditional Desktop OS.

I used Windows 10 on my friends computer. Its good and reliable, but you need to have the latest hardware upgrades to enjoy all the features of Windows 10.

It's nice, but I still don't like how Windows 10 don't have a tab feature for the File Explorer.

I have W10 on my laptop, upgraded a few months back from 8.1. I think that overall it is okay, but with unnecessary fluff features and I personally don't like minimalist design so UI wise I don't like it. Ever since 8 tiles aren't really my favorite either, I prefer the "traditional" desktop look and feel. I'm not going to go through the trouble of uninstalling it since I'm mostly on my desktop and other laptop anyways which have other OS's.

tried it about 1 week, but dont feel it's too good. Just better for gaming or 3D designing. The others are the same to win 7, so i turn back to win 7.

I actually wanted to go back to windows 7 because now I can't uninstall anything on my pc and it's slow. I don't even use that computer anymore because of that and other issues. I am not a huge fan of Windows 10, but I loved how it looked.

I like Windows 10, More Specifically Windows 2012 The look is nice and Streamlined, and the ease of use is nice. I Still love my Windows 7 PC and my Macbook but If I had to I would switch to windows 10.
