How do you think the universe was created?
I reckon by some sparks that came from nothingness

Yeah, pretty much what you say. Some sort of deity sparked the big bang and evolution tooks it toll.Kino said:My own personal belief is that God sparked the Big Bang and started the Universe. Just the 7 days of creation were actually billions of years.
Ofcourse the question can be answered. However the answer can be questionable.Sam! said:That is a question which cannot be answered. The same applies for the question in the topic title. This thread has little meaning, as it will be two different conflicting opinions.
I agree here too.Kino said:My own personal belief is that God sparked the Big Bang and started the Universe. Just the 7 days of creation were actually billions of years.
Daisy said:I have dozens of theories about everything.
One of them is probably the earth was created by God.
Or a planet broke into two (exploding star e.g), and the other half went off in the universe, with a species of mankind.
Ditto. The Bible's not supposed to be taken word-for-word at every corner. Even the Jewish-English translations have been messed up from time to time in the numerous Old Testament versions. The Hat Tipper said:I agree here too.Kino said:My own personal belief is that God sparked the Big Bang and started the Universe. Traygon said:I don't believe God created the Universe, I'm all with science and believe the big bang theory. I suppose we won't fully understand how it was created for years. It's always fun to try and think back when there was nothing and then how it came to be.
That's incorrect. Since the universe is expanding far faster than we can count, we assume its infinite, however at every nano second, there is a set size of the universe._h_ said:MissTake said:I'm more for the evolutionary theory, big bangs and all that but what I want to know is....What is at the end of the universe?
The universe is infinite.
