I don't know if you're like me but I find it very difficult to wind down for the evening. I literally have to sip on tea and read a book for a good 30 minutes or so in order to make myself feel tired enough to go to sleep after a nice shower.
Well, I have a tendency to be a night owl. But I wind down by surfing the net at times or just relaxing. Sometimes I'm tired from work and have little to no trouble falling asleep. LOL!
Depends on the time of night, and if I had a really rough day. Usually, I just have to lay down, shift to one of my sides, and I will usually be asleep within 5 minutes.
Its hard for me because I have ADHD I always have to be something weather its singing, tapping on the table, typing, dancing etc. etc. I can't just relax for some reason 😛
