Could anyone tell me how can I create a forum with www.phpbb.com please tell me how ?

You download PhpBB to your computer. Then find a host like:
www.webhostingfox.com
www.sitefrost.com
Then you create an account with them go to your database and upload the files.

WARNING:
You must add them exactly right like for example if the folder was called themes you must make a folder called themes.

Some hosts have auto installers which makes it much easier to install.

I suggest you use something like:
www.webhostingfox.com
or,
www.sitefrost.com

Don't go with free forums, your better off going with a free webhost (if you don't want to pay, but free webhosts aren't that great but anyway anything beats freeforums.org) and download the phpBB package from the website and upload it to your FTP.
