10 of course. Google doesn't have any biz with the anchor or whatever...just the amount of links pointing back to you!

Hi,
Obviously 10 backlinks but I suggest you don't do this type of link building because this is just like a spamming. Google may penalize if you build large number of backlinks with same keyword.
Use keyword variations such as long-tail, click here and domain name etc.
Collect backlinks from related different IP sites.

Of course 10. You should think about different anchors when doing the linkbuilding. Just to be sure how many backlinks you have, you may check in google webmaster tools
