My ISP throttle their customers often and whitelists Speedtest, but this time around it seems like something is wrong on their end because my speeds usually goes up to 250 download and 220 upload.

The beta version of Speedtest certainly looks nice, though.

That's good! It's always better to have equal download and upload speeds. I used to have 20 Mbps download, but my upload speed would be somewhere around 3 Mbps it's terrible.

No VNPT, I want Viettel but their technical team is really bad. They didn't do anything, but the Internet is really better VNPT. :lol:
