How good is Hostgator VPS

Im thinking about getting a Hostgator VPS level 3 but i heard alot of bad things about hostgator, will it be a good idea to get a VPS from them or go somewhere else

I use them. They're a bit expensive and give you more than you'll probably need, though they're quick at customer service and will quickly solve your problems/answer your questions. At least, that's my personal experience.

Oh ok, i heard on their VPS servers that they can get slow after you put a few websites on them, is that true?

I wouldn't know. I don't use more than one website on them.

I used to have a reseller account with them and moved after around 6 months due to a number of problems with downtime. Their service was pretty good, but I've been a lot happier since moving to Integrity Host, though they are quite expensive for the specs on their VPS packages.

What's your budget? I know a VPS provider that blows Hostgator out of the water.

You may want to look at the post dates, almost a year ago (11 months) i already got a VPS.

Theres many providers that can offer you the same spec and better services out there. I would do research before purchasing from them.

I started my web host (WHYI) on them. Quiet expensive, other hosts offer more at a cheaper rate. I wouldn't recommend them for a VPS. Too expensive.

I agree that hostgator is a bit expensive, but I was highly satisfied with it.

I would recommend if you have money
