Some times it's like that, I mean sleeping like a baby. Its might be from overworking your body, as a result, tiredness sets in, which makes you sleep deeply. Been there!
I've been trying to move house for over a year and it's got to the point where I can't sleep because of it. The Financial Service Act in the UK demands that you account for every penny/cent used to buy a property unless you are an overseas money launderer, drugs baron, Russian oligarch etc in which case you can breeze past all the regulations because no one gives a flying fig where the money comes from because there is so much of it 😡
I have slept from 8 pm to 6h30 am, so pretty great last night. Then, I've had breakfast and after that a nap from 9h00 am to 11h00 am this morning. I will be taking another nap again.
I thought I slept pretty good last night. Of course, I knew I wouldn't have to work today so there was no dread about going to work. They may have been why I slept well.
I have fallen asleep at 7h30 pm last night, have woken up from 11pm to 2 am, playing "Tales of Phantasia 1", have gone back to sleep at 2am this morning.
I have been awake from 1h30am till 4 am, but I've slept well enough before that and I've had a grand total of 13-14 hours of sleep last night. I have woken up at noon today. Have had no breakfast and a brunch for lunch/breakfast today and coffee.
