How is the Weather?

It's around 35°F - 40°F here today. This winter has been pretty warm for Utah, which I definitely prefer over the winter a few years back where almost every day in January was in the low teens :fearful:

The usual haze that hangs in the valley isn't too bad today, either. It feels like we've had a lot more clear days than normal.

Early cloud clearing Lincolnshire otherwise sunny skies for most areas with frost and icy stretches on untreated surfaces. Cloudier with snow showers affecting Derbyshire hills until afternoon. Another cold day with a hard overnight frost developing under clear skies. Maximum temperature 4 °C.

Without windchill right now it's -19º outside. With the wind it's like -60º! Schools and businesses are closed today.

Cloud will thicken into the afternoon and it will remain dry, with increasingly brisk winds. A cold day.

"The sun is beating down but the wind is shooting through the stadium."

Basically every day since a while, it is freezing and windy but the sun is out a bit

I have read in the news about the Polar Vortex which I believe is the cold wave. There was an advice to take care and shield the body from the excessive cold wave that is hitting the US. There's the forecast in Canada (as posted by my godson) of a -49 degrees. That's too cold for comfort.

It's -5*C in Edinburgh, and 2*C here... :/

Breezy and cold everywhere, with generally large amounts of cloud. Some brighter intervals may occur across the north of the region, along with scattered wintry showers. Further south outbreaks of mainly light snow, producing some slight accumulations, mainly this morning. Maximum temperature 4 °C.

Really cold and it's been raining hard for several days. Better than being hot though.

Scattered wintry showers, most frequent across Lincolnshire and more isolated elsewhere, will gradually become limited to the Lincolnshire coast. The showers will often fall as snow inland, and sleet or rain along the coast. Feeling cold everywhere. Maximum temperature 4 °C.
