Major cold front hit out west, dropped temperatures from the mid-90s to low-60s overnight. Yesterday, we recorded hurricane-force winds that shut down school districts and caused widespread power outages. Thankfully, my area was not affected. The wind made a big mess, felling trees and blowing semi-trucks over, but at least it cleared out the wildfire smoke from California.
