I have set times I'm online. I like to unplug often. I'm on several hours a day but I also am home all day. I like learning things so I do searches & then sort them in my Word Files.
What about you? How much time do you spend?
I spend around 8 - 10 hours online if I am honest between working and just generally browsing the internet or even just gaming online on my Xbox. I do have little breaks when I get up to do things around the house or make meals or even do chores that need to be done though.
My PC is on right after I'm up in bed and goes off when going to bed if I'm home all day, then in bed on my Tablet or watching TV. My desktop goes on when I need it and other times stays off. And so that's over 10 hours
Wayy too long honestly! I've said maybe 10-12 hours or so a day. I'm all over online between forums, Facebook, YouTube, etc. So yeah, I guess in a way I live online sort of...? 😛
If I'm in the house I'm online although I'm probably afk for at least a third of the time. Working mainly from home pretty much dictates my current lifestyle.
Almost all the time unless I go out of the house for an errand or work. That being said I use it for posting, commenting, researching, and listening while trying to use apps on my laptop like modeling, texturing, and composing. I'm rarely unproductive unless I have an off day.
Now a days I am typically online for around 1-4 hours max unless I am playing on Xbox or PC games. 10 years ago I would be online 15+ hours a day. I miss it sometimes but I don't have the time like I used to unfortunately.
The only time I am not online are the times that I have to stay offline is when I am either cooking or doing something that is entirely an offline activity. My whole life revolves around the offline space.
I'd probably say at least 5-6 hours a day, sometimes more. I'd say a lot of it is spent on my phone, browsing social media, and the rest on my computer. It really just kinda depends on what all I have planned to do for that particular day with how much time I spend online and if whatever game I'm playing at the time has an online component to it.
I'm actually trying to limit my screen time a little more to better engage in activities away from the computer/my phone, but easier said than done.
I normally spend 6 to 8 hours online each day. It can be more than that at times because I work online. Aside from my online employment, I participate in other discussion websites.
