How long does it take to redeem a Google ADword voucher?

I filled out a form to redeem my Google ADword advertising voucher of 75 dollars from Google for being part of the adsense publisher network.

I got a message to wait a few days for my voucher to be credited to my account, but after a few days the voucher 75 dollar credit has not been added to my ADword account.

Google just keeps telling me to enter my credit card or banking information for billing.

Do I have to set up my billing information before I can use my $75 free voucher I gor from Google Adwords?

Yeah, I was going to use my $100 coupon and then found out that I would have to enter billing information and stuff in order to use it.

There is a link on the adword page where you fill out a form to get the $100 dollars ($75 because I used it after march 5) credit for adword.

I filled the form out with all the require information, and I got a message saying for me to wait a few days for an e-mail, but it been a week and still no e-mail.

I don't like how Google makes it so difficult to redeem a $75 voucher compared to Amazon and other companies.
