Despite how Al Gore would have you convinced he invented The Internet... I've been using it longer then he started to promote it. I can recall when The Internet was only text (no photos, videos, flash, music) and a web site was called up by phone numbers, then IP addresses, and finally www
Whatever the age it is when you get to start using the Internet for school work, that's when I started, so that probably would've been about 8 or 9 years old. I've been using a computer for years, but as a child it was mostly the old JumpStart educational games or Sim City as I got older. So I've basically used a computer my whole life, although I didn't start using the Internet till I was probably in third or 4th grade, or whatever grade it is when they start teaching you about research papers and how to look up information and things like that.
Playing a child appropriate game, probably... 😕 That's the only thing I can think of, as that's mostly what young kids, when supervised properly, are allowed to do on the Net at all at that age.
